Purpose: the purpose of report text is to information something.

Identification

Metropolitan city is a common name for big city with many modern facilities. Metropolitan city is a very interesting place. Many people work in here.      

Description

Not as its name. Metropolitan city have many kind of problem such as urbanization ,ugly environment, and criminality. Some of this problem must be the government jobs. Governments have doing some jobs to decrease the problem like transmigration , self-managing  business, and green zone project.
